Technical Specification

Door Construction: Frame is finger jointed (ensuring almost zero bending +-0.2 of the door). The doors are covered on both sides with E1 MDF of 6mm CPL doors and 7mm thickness for the veneered ones. The quality class of the veneer used in the doors is EXTRA.

Frame construction: The frame is made of 44mm block board for the best possible support of the door. The architrave is made of plywood and the adhesives used are two-part polyurethane, which is essential especially in high humidity areas such as on islands.

Finish: The colours used on veneer doors are environmentally friendly and non-combustible, certified by ICRO, Italy.

Standard equipment: Three single screw hinges (diameter 14mm), an Italian lock (inox or gold) for interior door and sealing rubber.

Additional core options: Tubular chipboard (28dB sound insulation), solid chipboard (32dB sound insulation), rockwool (30dB sound insulation), soundcore 3x11VL material (38dB sound insulation).

Additional accessories: Double three-setting Italian screw hinges (diameter 14mm), bath locks, safety locks, extra safety lock, lock with 3 locking points, magnetic locks, MERONI and YALE doorknob locks.

External frame dimensions: 218cm maximum height (with architrave coverage up to 223cm), frame width 63-65-68-71-73-75-78-81-83-85-88-91-93-95-98cm. Bigger dimension upon request.

Wall width: 10-13-15-18-24cm.

Sliding doors, folding doors, aller retour doors and loft doors complete the range.
